As part of our Compassionate HACA ethos, our community commitment extends to our elders. We undertake home visits and help make them feel valued and cared for.

Health and Wellness

We promote physical well-being through exercise sessions e.g. Aerobics, Yoga, and Keep Fit etc. We work with other providers to deliver health and wellness
